Our friend and frequent contributor, art photographer Matt Colombo will be showing his latest controversial and eye-snatching work at Superchief Gallery of Los Angeles in June. Main focal points of his work have included strippers in a sexualized atmosphere and voyeuristic decadence/pale girls/old gamblers/prostitutes/the degradation and sad aesthetics of neglected casinos, old motels, rooms, broken signboards and light bulbs. Matt’s work has been featured here at VAR in the past and we are excited to see the new goods!
